Refund policy
Returns:
ZL1 Addons Inc. offers a 10 day return policy from the time the product was delivered. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the package has been opened you will be responsible for a 35% restocking fee. All returns must also be in the original packaging. Returns will be refunded the cost of product minus original shipping fees and ZL1 Addons Shipping Protection Fees unless otherwise stated.
Special Note:
Wicker bills MUST have their protective cover still in place on all sides as it was applied upon being received. If the cover has been removed, we're unfortunately unable to accept a return.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number please email info@zl1addons.com. RMA numbers will only be given out via e-mail. RMA requests will take 3-5 business days to process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs, and ZL1 Addons Shipping Protection insurance are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping & ZL1 Addons Shipping Protection (If applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Approved RMA’s must be returned and received within 10 business days of the RMA number being provided. Any returns received after this date will be voided.
Return Processing:
Returns can take 3-5 business days to process upon arrival of your product. Once your return is processed an email confirmation will be sent your way.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Credits/refunds can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on your banking institution.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank statements again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or a different product, send us an email at info@zl1addons.com and we can provide you the next steps to get it replaced. Customers will be responsible for shipping to and from ZL1 Addons Inc.
